Lithology Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon proudly stands as one of the three cornerstone wines in the Lithology portfolio, first produced in 2014. This Napa Valley AVA Cabernet is assembled each vintage with fruit from among Lithology’s acclaimed single-vineyards and is the result of a complex blending program from over 60 barrels and multiple lots.
The 2021 is 86% Cabernet Sauvignon with 12% Merlot, and a 2% splash of Cabernet Franc (2%). Enticing aromas of high-toned black fruits and spice, with notes of tobacco and cola. Layered and concentrated on the palate, with mineral lift and polished tannins that extend through the long, mineral-rich finish.

The 2021 vintage features 35% fruit from Rutherford, 33% from Lowrey, 16% from Oak Knoll, 12% from Howell Mountain, and 2% from Oakville.
