Crafted from the rich, textured soils of Las Piedras Vineyard where vines produce fruit with incredible concentration and vibrancy, our Las Piedras Cabernet Sauvignon is a wine of elegance and structure with excellent aging potential. This set consists of 3, 750ml bottles. 


The Las Piedras Collection features three exceptional vintages with our 2015, 2016, and 2017 Cabernet Sauvignons. Patiently aging for ten, nine, and eight years respectively, these wines are in a beautiful drinking window but can also be cellared for additional aging. Extremely limited quantities of each vintage remain and we are honored to present the unique chance to acquire this collection and experience the subtle nuances between growing seasons.

2015 Las Piedras Cabernet Sauvignon - 1 bottle
Energetic with fresh fruit characteristics after a decade of aging, our 2015 Las Piedras Cabernet Sauvignon has notes of rose petal and cocoa powder with a nuance of dusty tannins. This wine will continue to age beautifully through 2035.

2016 Las Piedras Cabernet Sauvignon - 1 bottle
An aromatic wine with acidity and freshness, our 2016 Las Piedras Cabernet Sauvignon has pronounced notes of cassis, blackberry, blueberry, and vanilla with a hint of mint and spices. The wine still carries a nice amount of acidity and fresh tannins through the years of aging.

2017 Las Piedras Cabernet Sauvignon - 1 bottle
A floral wine with increased flavors, our 2017 Las Piedras Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of violets. Red fruits on the palate are complemented by fresh acidity and smooth tannins.
