At Lithology, we focus on crafting high-quality wines in small quantities. This approach allows us to maintain meticulous attention to detail and ensure that each bottle meets our high standards of excellence. Our production size is intentionally limited, enabling us to emphasize quality over quantity and truly capture the essence of our unique terroir in every glass.
Our Cabernets benefit from being stored in a cool, dark place at a consistent temperature between 55°F and 65°F. If you plan to age your Cabernet, ensure it is stored on its side to keep the cork moist, which prevents it from drying out and letting air into the bottle.
Store your Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay in a wine refrigerator or a constant cool area where the temperature is around 45°F to 50°F. This wine is typically consumed within a few years of release, so long-term aging isn’t necessary.
