Crafting a white Bordeaux-style blend was unheard of in Washington when the winery first created Chaleur Blanc in 1995. We then became enamored with Roussanne from Ciel du Cheval on Red Mountain. We have now added Chardonnay and a highly limited Sauvignon Blanc to our repertoire.
